February 23, 2006 (SYRACUSE, NY) - The Visiting Nurse Association of Central New York, Inc. is proud to announce the following promotions:
Debra Gustke, R.N. and Deborah Lynch, R.N. have both been promoted to Care Team Mentors and are responsible for providing new employees with guidance about case management, team dynamics, and the integration of quality assurance standards into delivery of comprehensive client care. Ms. Gustke has been with the agency for four years and Ms. Lynch for six and a half years. Prior to their promotions, both were case managers.
Patricia Brown, R.N. who has been a case manager with the Visiting Nurse Association of Central New York, Inc. for the past six and a half years has been promoted to Care Center Team Leader. In her new capacity, Patricia oversees and coordinates the scheduling of admission visits and the assigning of new cases to a primary nurse. She also provides administrative and clinical support to field staff, agency patients and their families.
The Visiting Nurse Association of Central New York delivers nursing services, medical social work, physical,
occupational and speech therapy to over 1,000 patients in Onondaga County. Read Other VNA News
